Job summary

Potens Group is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker for our Swindon service on Hamble Road. The role involves supporting a single lady with learning disabilities, ADHD and complex needs, across varying levels of independence.

We value attitude and motivation to make a real difference. Shifts include early mornings, late nights, nights and weekends; sponsorship is not available for this role. Potens offers a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support 1 lady with learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs.
  • Contribute to a high level of support to meet service requirements.
  • Promote independence and encourage community access.
  • Be flexible with shifts including early mornings, late nights, nights and weekends.
  • Engage with the person’s likes and wants enthusiastically.

We are looking for a Female Bank Support Worker to join our established supported living service on Hamble Road, Swindon

  • You will be supporting 1 lady who has learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs, with different levels of independence - it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.

  • Working within a team with the occasional lone working to promote independence and encourage the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Shifts will involve early mornings, late nights, nights, and weekends.
  • Females only due to service requirements
