Job summary

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our bank staff. You’ll greet patients, answer calls, book appointments and guide people to the right area with clear, empathetic communication.

This role is ad-hoc/Bank hours, part-time, with a benefits package including pension, holiday entitlement, and discounted gym memberships. Prior healthcare reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare reception or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong communication and IT skills, with clear and empathetic customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and direct them to changing or waiting areas
• Work with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly
