CLASS Recruitment are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable unqualified and qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our ON CALL team in central Bristol! If you have experience working in Childcare, we can offer you rewarding & flexible nursery work, great rates of pay as well as a generous referral scheme when you recommend a friend to us!

We have work available in central Bristol including areas such as BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, and surrounding areas such as BS5, BS6 & BS7 so if you’re looking for work in any of these areas do get in touch!

What Does On Call Mean?

On call means being available for last minute nursery / school cover. We may call you from 6.30am for shifts that have come in that morning and need to be covered ASAP! This cover is crucial for helping support our clients with their last minute needs.

We will always message you the day before to confirm you are happy to be on call for the following day.

Guaranteed Hours

Guaranteed Hours available - If you have a childcare qualification, you are a driver or have a range of childcare experience we may be able to offer you guaranteed hours so you are still paid each week even if we are unable to send you out to work!
