Job summary

A local hospice in Crawley is looking for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate care to patients on a flexible basis. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour. While an NVQ 3 in Health/Social care or relevant experience is desired, full training will be provided. Benefits include generous holiday allowance, pension contributions, and various employee support schemes.

Overview

We’re seeking enthusiastic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our hospice team working on our wards in Crawley. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour and display a commitment to providing a high standard of care to our patients. An NVQ 3 in Health/Social care or relevant experience in Care work is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Candidates should have a sound understanding of health and safety procedures and infection prevention & control.
