Job summary

A local hospice in Crawley is looking for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate care to patients on a flexible basis. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour. While an NVQ 3 in Health/Social care or relevant experience is desired, full training will be provided. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour and display a commitment to providing a high standard of care to our patients. An NVQ 3 in Health/Social care or relevant experience in Care work is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Candidates should have a sound understanding of health and safety procedures and infection prevention & control.
