The role requires about 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, especially in NHS environments. Candidates must hold a relevant qualification and a valid UK driving licence. You'll manage a variety of maintenance tasks and contribute to emergency engineering situations.

The Royal Bournemouth Hospital Estates Department provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the Trust.
We are looking for a building maintenance Painter & decorator to join our building team on BANK with relevant experience and gained a wide experience in general buildings or NHS properties with a BTEC HNC level or City and Guilds plus relevant post apprenticeship training or equivalent experience.
You must hold a current UK (manual) driving licence.
The role is for a bank position.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital
