As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records at work in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There is a possibility to cover sleep-in sessions, payable at an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Bradbury Court in Harrow, north London, provides person-centred, responsive residential care. The home is spacious and modern and supports 21 adults with physical disabilities, with a wide range of needs. The environment is accessible, welcoming and designed to provide quality care.
