Rate: £30–£37 per hour
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Women and Children Pharmacist to join our team in London. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing specialized pharmaceutical care to women and children. As a Women and Children Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to women and children, including those in the Neonatal Unit (NNU). Your duties will include reviewing and managing medication therapies, providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will also be involved in patient education, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols. Your expertise in neonatal care will be essential in optimizing medication management for our youngest patients.
