Provide strong clinical leadership and management to nursing and recovery staff, maintaining high standards of care.

Oversee daily prescribing and operational activities, ensuring service delivery meets clinical and safety standards.

Manage a complex caseload, delivering holistic care including non‑medical prescribing interventions.

Lead on staff development through supervision, training, and performance appraisals.

Drive service improvement by promoting user and carer involvement and embedding feedback into practice.

Coordinate data collection, audit activity, and reporting to meet Trust and commissioning requirements.

Uphold compliance with all national guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and internal governance standards.

Foster collaborative relationships with partner agencies and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
