The purpose of an advanced clinical pharmacist is to provide high quality clinical pharmacy services within the Trust. Post holders are expected to work with their own initiative, within guidelines and directions from the Pharmacy Leadership Team and to supervise wider members of the pharmacy team as required.
Post holders may also have the opportunity to be involved in policy writing, the undertaking and initiation of audits and active involvement in training and development of pharmacy team members and other healthcare professionals.
