Position: Band 6 - Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Trust: Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

Location: Coppull, Chorley PR7

Specialisation: Rapid assessment intensive support team (RAIST)

Hours: Monday - Friday | 9 am - 5 pm | 12-hour days considered

Pay rate: £27ph LTD
