Job description

Senior Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner, Leeds

Community Links is seeking a dedicated Senior Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner to join our team in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Agenda for Change Band 6.

About the role

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, recovery-focused mental health support to clients experiencing first episode psychosis. You will manage a caseload, deliver individualized care, and provide clinical guidance to junior staff, contributing to the development of the service.

Candidate requirements
  • Proven experience working in a mental health setting with a client caseload
  • Access to a car and a full UK driving license
  • Experience as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteer in mental health
  • RMN qualification or relevant alternative
