Opportunity Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Broadgreen Theatres, part of Liverpool University Hospital Foundation Trust (LUHFT), for a HCPC/NMC registered ODP/RN with Scrub experience to join as a Band 6. The role involves working within theatres as a Scrub practitioner, with opportunities to rotate within disciplines, supported by the theatre team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting and providing knowledge to patients within the specialty.
2. Act as a role model, demonstrating effective organisational, clinical, and leadership skills.
3. Undertake anaesthetic, scrub, and recovery duties as required to meet service delivery requirements.
4. Maintain patient confidentiality and record keeping.
5. Demonstrate good IT skills and record keeping.
6. Support patients, families, and staff effectively, communicating sensitive and confidential information with empathy and reassurance.
