Job Description:

• Job Role: Senior Mental Health Practitioner
• Specification: To manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs for children and families, liaising with relevant agencies. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with NICE guidelines. Maintain clients’ confidentiality. Ensure high standards of clinical record keeping, including electronic data entry, report writing, and exercising professional self-governance as per professional codes of conduct.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months healthcare experience as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner
• Right to work in the UK
• References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
• NMC Registration
• Overseas Police Check, if applicable
• Indemnity Insurance
• Up-to-date CV
