A mental health service provider in Birmingham is looking for an RMN to join their multidisciplinary team. The role entails making positive changes for individuals with severe mental health concerns. Candidates must have excellent assessment and risk management skills, and be capable of working independently. A Band 6 salary of £38,682 to £46,580 per annum, pro rata, is offered for this full-time position.
An exciting secondment opportunity is available for a motivated and innovative RMN to work within a busy CMHT based at Chapman Road, Small Heath, working with a well-established, dynamic multidisciplinary team.
You will be seeking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable individuals who can effect positive changes for people experiencing severe and enduring mental health concerns, with excellent assessment and risk management skills, alongside all round service-user centred skills and a genuine desire to work in this area. You will have experience and confidence in working autonomously in an adult mental health setting and will have skills in engagement, assessment, risk management and care planning.
