  • To be responsible for providing advice and support to staff on security‑related issues and contribute to the wider risk management.
  • Act as a role model for staff and service users, in a manner which positively reflects the values of the organisation.
  • To support the Reception and Security Manager, the ANP for Risk and Security and the wider nurse management team and to be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the service.
  • Assisting with major incident planning and incident management within the Specialist and Complex Care Programme.
  • To work rotational shifts as per the needs of the service.
