Job summary

The Flour Pot Bakery is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee production kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, ensuring operational excellence, high quality and outstanding service. This role is based in our Brighton café and bakery and requires weekend availability.

You will lead, coach and develop staff, maintain food safety standards, manage budgets and costs, analyse performance data, and drive revenue while delivering a consistent, welcoming customer experience and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
• Solid understanding of food safety processes and front-of-house operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality food and artisan baking.
