Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking an experienced General Manager in Guildford to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service.

You’ll drive sales targets, manage costs, uphold high food quality and safety, and foster a thriving local community atmosphere within the bakery. Training and leadership will be central to maintaining our Rise and Shine standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in hospitality or food service.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience meeting sales targets, budgets and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Staff training and coaching experience.
