Qualifications

• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams in hospitality, cafe, bakery or restaurant settings.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Experience training and coaching staff.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage and controllable costs.
