You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.

A relocation package is available to internal candidates, subject to terms and conditions

As this is a bench role, the successful candidate will support our bakeries in Solihull, Birmingham New Street, Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa.
