Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off, 4 days (possibility nights and days)
Location: Gatwick, RH6 0JW

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Leading and supporting colleagues in HR matters.
• Reporting to the Airside Performance Manager and collaborating closely with colleagues.
• Ensuring compliance and standards are maintained, including planning meetings.
• Managing OMS tools to improve working practices.
• Building relationships and maintaining clear communication.
• Having a comprehensive understanding of DHL HR Management and conducting investigations confidently.
• Embracing change as a constant aspect of the environment.
• Understanding and developing safety procedures related to incidents, accidents, GSRs, and CSRs with local teams.
• Managing daily trackers, call logs, investigations, and handovers.
• Driving operational performance and colleague efficiency.
