We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing and professional Baby Room Leader to join our warm and welcoming nursery team based in Bow. This is an exciting role for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about giving babies the best possible start in life. As our Baby Room Leader, you will guide practice within the baby room, support staff, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.

The Room Leader will take responsibility for the daily running of the baby room, offering a calm, secure and stimulating environment where children can explore, develop and thrive. You will plan engaging activities tailored to individual needs, communicate confidently with parents, and act as a positive role model for the room team.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience working with children under 2, along with strong knowledge of the EYFS. A consistent employment history is important to us - we are seeking a Room Leader who is committed, reliable and ready to grow with us long-term. The right candidate will be patient, enthusiastic, organised, and confident in leading others.

As our Baby Room Leader, you will work 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, depending on preference, with a competitive salary of up to £30,000.
