Job summary

Techtronic Industries EMEA is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to partner with the Marketing team across Europe in Maidenhead. You will plan roadmaps, gather requirements, and ensure changes are delivered on time and with high quality.

You will work closely with BPOs, IT and stakeholders to define end-to-end processes, write user stories, develop test scripts, and train users. Travel within Europe may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as business analyst and/or project manager.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge desirable.
• SAP knowledge desirable.
• Excellent communication with IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong requirements gathering and acceptance criteria skills.
• Process design and improvement experience.
• Testing and test script development experience.
• Data-driven, analytical approach to requirements.
• Collaborative across levels with clear technical communication.
• BCS qualification is ideal.
• Experience in Marketing and E-Commerce apps bonus.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies bonus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the roadmap of change requests and initiatives in the B2C area.
• Produce clear business requirements, process and data flow diagrams, and key user guides.
• Define as-is and to-be end-to-end processes with stakeholders.
• Analyse the impact of proposed solutions across the end-to-end process.
• Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and translate into business requirements.
• Develop integration and UAT test scripts for validation.
• Review test results against business expectations.
• Coordinate and manage UAT with IT and key users.
• Produce documentation to support training for end users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations.
