Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director, driving improvements across people, processes and systems. The role acts as the bridge into IT when technology is required, ensuring requirements are captured and delivered through Product Owners and delivery teams.

You will partner with clients and manage third-party suppliers, balancing commercial strategy with operational delivery and facilitating change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role in a commercial/operational setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and alignment with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into deliverables for IT and Product Owners.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party partners.
• Support UAT planning and execution.
• Document processes, maps and change impacts.
• Governance, reporting and progress updates to leadership.
