Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) EMEA is seeking a pragmatic Business Analyst/Project Manager to partner with the B2C marketing team, shaping change roadmaps and delivering end-to-end processes across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SAP-enabled ecosystems.

You will document requirements, create user stories, lead workshops, support UAT, and train users while driving process improvements across sales and marketing workflows in a hybrid European environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst and/or project manager.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SAP is desirable.
• Strong ability to capture business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Business Analyst on marketing and sales projects and manage change requests from stakeholders.
• Maintain the roadmap of change requests and initiatives in the B2C area.
• Collaborate with BPOs, Analysts and Development to produce clear requirements, data flow diagrams and user guides.
• Define as-is and to-be end-to-end business processes and requirements with stakeholders.
• Assess impact of proposed solutions across end-to-end processes and ensure optimization and control.
• Lead workshops, gather feedback, and translate it into development requirements.
• Develop integration and UAT test scripts and review results against business expectations.
• Coordinate and manage UAT efforts with IT and key users; produce training documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement via reviews or data analysis.
• Focus on sales and marketing processes (including e-commerce) while considering broader process impact.
