Job summary

Litt Recruitment is assisting a packaging distributor in Billingham to recruit a Telesales Consultant. You will promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective B2B customers, building rapport and using a database of businesses to drive opportunities.

The role offers a base salary of £24,000 with OTE over £36,000 through a strong commission scheme, with Monday to Friday work and on-site parking at Billingham.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, particularly telesales and B2B environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems to track sales and customer interactions.
• Ability to engage customers effectively and build long-term relationships.
• Location: Billingham office.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective B2B customers.
• Create and work with a rich database of businesses to reach out to potential clients.
