Job summary

RecruitmentRevolution.com is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for B2B Enterprise Security solutions, covering CCTV, access control and intruder alarms. This hybrid role combines HQ-based activity in the UK with field visits to client sites, offering a lucrative OTE and progression within a growing, values-driven team.

You will drive new business, build strong client relationships and work across public, private and education sectors with expert support from a dedicated technical team.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in security solutions or related fields.
• Ability to identify opportunities, engage with clients and close deals.
• Experience selling CCTV, access control or intruder alarms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business from lead to project completion.
• Engage with B2B clients, understand requirements and tailor physical security solutions.
• Build trusted relationships and manage opportunities across sectors (education, public, enterprise).
• Collaborate with technical team to shape security solutions and proposals.
• Potentially grow a team as the business expands.
