Job summary

Avetta seeks a Supplier Success Professional, WM to support a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors. You will be the first point of contact for Avetta customers, delivering professional support via phone, email and chat, ensuring accuracy of regulatory documents and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires fluency in German and English, and offers hybrid work for those near Maidenhead, with remote options for others within England.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication skill - both written and orally.
• Ability to Active listen and think 2 steps ahead.
• Working PC knowledge, Windows preferred and related applications (IT industry is an advantage).
• Affinity for learning online software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to all Avetta customers.
• Research, clarify and resolve issues, offering solutions or alternatives.
• Interact with customers via telephone, email and chat.
• Prioritize and resolve customer needs.
• Verify details on regulatory documents.
• Record interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC).
• Provide outbound follow-up via phone and email.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Update internal databases with technical discussions.
• Escalate complaints and explore outreach options.
• Share feature requests and workarounds with team.
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities.
• Gather customer feedback for Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Be a positive addition to Avetta’s culture.
