Ant Marketing is seeking a fluent German-speaking Appointment Setter to engage decision-makers in the DACH market from the UK. You will generate warm, qualified leads for our clients and develop conversations into opportunities through social media and calls.

The role offers 37.5–40 hours per week with hybrid working, a permanent contract, uncapped bonuses, and a clear progression path. You’ll join a supportive team with training and a culture that values performance.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and fluent English required
• Minimum 12 months telesales or field sales experience
• Comfortable with a target-driven, performance-focused environment

Responsabilidades

• Speak with German-speaking B2B decision-makers via phone and social media
• Identify and engage potential prospects across digital platforms
• Present our proposition in a consultative, professional manner
• Develop conversations into warm, qualified opportunities
• Arrange and conduct calls with interested prospects
• Support prospects through onboarding and registration from initial contact to completion
• Represent clients professionally and confidently
• Work towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
