Job summary

Ant Marketing is seeking a fluent German-speaking Appointment Setter to engage decision-makers in the DACH market. You will generate warm, qualified leads and progress conversations into opportunities, arranging calls and guiding prospects through onboarding from initial contact to completion.

The role offers a structured, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission and a permanent contract. You will work 37.5–40 hours weekly, with flexible hours between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, in

German language fluency (written & spoken).
Minimum 12 months telesales or face-to-face sales experience.
Willingness to work 37.5–40 hours per week with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Speak to German-speaking B2B decision-makers via phone and social media.
Identify and engage potential prospects across digital platforms.
Present our proposition in a professional and consultative manner.
Develop conversations into warm, qualified opportunities.
Arrange and conduct calls with interested prospects.
Support prospects through onboarding and registration from initial contact to completion.
Represent clients professionally and confidently.
Work toward clear targets with uncapped commission.
