Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and an additional language.
• Experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing.
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-focused with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• International customer support and relationship building with customers and partners.
• Prepare quotations for spare parts and services; follow up on enquiries.
• Process orders through ERP systems with accurate pricing and delivery details.
• Provide regular order/delivery updates and handle transport arrangements.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and operations teams to ensure service quality.
