Job summary

ISN seeks a Business Development Associate for its UK operations. The role leverages German or Dutch language skills alongside English to service contractor and supplier clients worldwide.

You will train, troubleshoot, and support customers by phone, email, and web-based methods while participating in sales and marketing projects. You will proactively analyze service processes, assist with CRM usage and invoicing tasks, and aim to advance into B2B sales within 12–24 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Advanced fluency in German or Dutch and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Interest in starting in Customer Service and progressing into B2B sales within 12–24 months.
• Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Proactively service and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier clients.
• Conduct training on ISN products via phone, web-based and face-to-face meetings.
• Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects.
• Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
• Assist with CRM and ISNetworld testing.
• Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections.
• Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring ideas for improvement.
• Develop resources and reference documents for clients.
