Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director with day-to-day sales activity and account development.
• Build relationships with existing customers and grow accounts.
• Contact prospective B2B customers by telephone and introduce products/services.
• Make outbound and cold calls to new prospects.
• Follow up enquiries and translate needs into opportunities.
• Own designated customer accounts and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain accurate customer records and input data.
• Support social media activity with updates.
