Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is supporting a growing organisation in Cardiff with a Telesales Executive to join their New Business Sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outbound sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of the sales process from initial conversation through to close.

This is consultative B2B sales rather than a high-pressure, one-call-close environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Ability to close opportunities from initial contact to sale.
• Experience engaging with business decision-makers in a consultative manner.
• Track record meeting sales targets and owning pipeline.
• Resilience handling objections and rejection.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs.
• Build rapport with decision-makers and demonstrate value.
• Manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast information.
• Coordinate handover to Partner Support after sale.
