Job summary

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd in Ashford, Kent is recruiting a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in a product manufacturing business. You will own a pipeline of qualified opportunities, engage with entrepreneurs and brands, and convert prospects into manufacturing orders.

You’ll receive full product training, regular CRM updates and a clear career path, with a £35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, aiming for an OTE of £74,000.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a high-quality pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct frequent telephone and video consultations with prospective customers.

• Identify customer needs, budgets and commercial objectives.
• Qualify opportunities and keep customers moving through the sales journey.
• Identify potential obstacles and find commercially viable solutions.
• Present pricing and proposals confidently.
• Negotiate and overcome objections.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements can be delivered.
