Job summary

HRtechX is seeking a Business Development Executive in London to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences. You will be joining our Sales team, with training, coaching and clear growth paths in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will own your targets, perform high-volume outreach, manage your pipeline from outreach to close, and collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Outbound prospecting experience is a plus.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by selling delegate passes to senior professionals.
• Own targets and work toward monthly revenue goals.
• Execute high-volume outreach with 60+ calls per day.
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to close.
• Become an expert on our conferences, audiences and industries.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and conference teams to improve campaigns.
