Job summary

HRtechX in London is seeking a proactive sales professional to join our team, driving revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals for our international conferences.

You will make 50+ calls daily, own your targets, and manage your pipeline from first contact to close. This role offers training, uncapped commissions, international exposure and fast progression. Start date ASAP; based in Victoria, London; UK right to work required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience, outbound prospecting, or high-volume sales environment.
• Drive and ambition with ability to perform at a high level.
• Commercial mindset focused on targets and revenue.
• Resilience to outbound activity and persistence after refusals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ownership of targets, pipeline and follow-ups with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
• Own your targets: take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue goals.
• Execute high-volume outreach: make 50+ calls per day and generate qualified opportunities.
• Manage your pipeline: from first contact to close and follow-ups.
• Become an expert: understand conferences, audiences and industries for confident selling.
