Job summary

HRtechX is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to join its London-based team. You will drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences, with a clear path for career progression and international exposure.

You will operate from our Victoria, London office with no remote work option, joining a fast-growing start-up in the HR tech space. You’ll receive structured training, coaching and the opportunity to build a high-impact sales career.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (outbound preferred).
• Experience in high-volume outreach or fast-paced sales environments.
• Demonstrates resilience and persistence in a target-driven role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to own targets, pipelines and follow-ups.
• Strong commercial mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by proactively reaching out to prospective delegates.
• Own targets and work toward monthly revenue goals.
• Execute high-volume outreach with 60+ calls per day.
• Manage the pipeline from first contact to close.
• Become an expert on conferences, audiences and industries.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and conference teams.
