Job summary

HRtechX in London is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join the team and sell delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences. You will proactively reach out, own revenue targets, and develop a strong pipeline.

This is a fast-paced, training-focused role with uncapped earning potential, a competitive base salary, and rapid progression for high performers. You will work from our Victoria WeWork office and must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting, new business or a high-volume sales environment.
• You are motivated, competitive and driven to perform at a high level.
• You communicate confidently with new people and can build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending international conferences.
• Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
• Own targets and work towards ambitious monthly revenue goals.
