Get Recruited is partnering with an established provider to recruit a Sales Executive in Manchester. The role focuses on qualifying inbound and marketing-generated enquiries and turning warm opportunities into long-term contracts.

You will develop tailored proposals, manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to signed agreement, and travel nationally where required. A strong track record in B2B services sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, with a track record of turning opportunities into contracts.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from enquiry to closing.
• Strong commercial awareness with pricing and margins understanding.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound enquiries and marketing leads, matching them to services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct meetings and site surveys to assess requirements and delivery considerations.
• Prepare tailored quotations, pricing models, proposals and tender responses.
• Present solutions, handle objections and negotiate terms within authority.
• Convert opportunities into profitable recurring contracts and one-off projects.
• Maintain CRM records with next steps and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth handovers.
