Get Recruited is partnering with an established provider of contract facilities management services to recruit a Business Development/Sales Executive in Manchester. The role focuses on qualifying inbound enquiries and turning marketing-generated leads into profitable contracts across offices, manufacturing, education, logistics, warehousing and retail.

You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, price and propose tailored solutions, and hand over contracts for delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a B2B sales professional managing the full sales cycle.
• Ability to qualify inbound inquiries and convert to contracts.
• Proven track record in building relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads, identifying opportunities that match commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct customer meetings and site surveys to assess service requirements.
• Prepare tailored quotations, pricing models, proposals and tender responses.
• Present solutions, handle objections and negotiate terms within authority.
• Convert opportunities into recurring contracts and one-off projects.
• Generate additional opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Maintain CRM records, clear next actions and sales forecasts.
• Validate costs with internal teams to protect margins and ensure delivery.
• Complete structured handovers covering scope, expectations, pricing and mobilisation.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit and conversion targets.
