LegalVision is seeking motivated early-career sales professionals to join as a Business Development Representative in Manchester, England. This hands-on outbound role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads across England, building a pipeline for Account Executives.

You’ll work from our Ancoats office, target high-growth companies, and enjoy a competitive uncapped commission with clear targets, mentoring opportunities, and a path into more senior Growth team roles.

Qualifications

• Six months of outbound sales or BDR experience (B2B/services/SaaS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in speaking with business owners and stakeholders
• High activity levels and strong organisational skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM tools
• Interest in the legal sector, sales development, and corporate environments
• Full work rights in England

Responsibilities

• Prospect into the Ideal Client Profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters, and lead lists
• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound emails to start conversations
• Run qualification calls to uncover pain points, timelines, and buying signals
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives (Legal Solutions Consultants)
• Manage and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
• Contribute to refining messaging, sequences, and lead sourcing strategies
• Hit daily and weekly activity targets across calls, emails, and meetings booked
