Job summary

BRITA Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a customer-focused sales professional within our UK dispenser business, serving offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality settings. You will manage renewals, handle inbound inquiries, build quotes and drive contracts to completion, collaborating across Key Accounts, Field Sales, Marketing and Finance for a seamless customer journey.

Based in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office), you will need strong communication,

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B selling on the phone and a service-based model
• Excellent phone manner and strong written communication
• Organised, meticulous and computer-literate; basic systems training provided

Responsibilities

• Build quotes and proposals to match customer needs
• Manage contract processes (new and renewals) to close sales
• Collaborate with Key Accounts, Field Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and Finance to deliver great customer journeys
• Support renewal cycles and inbound leads from campaigns
