Based in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office), you will need strong communication,
Do you thrive on the kind of selling where you build and sustain relationships with customers, not just sell them a product in the moment? Are you keen to grow and develop your career at a successful and well-recognised brand that is rooted in the idea of sustainability? Do you want a job where your drive and your ability to communicate are absolutely vital?
If that sounds like you, we would love to speak to you.
This position joins our UK dispenser business, working with business customers in environments like offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality settings. Our customers are not just buying a water dispenser from us, they’re buying a service, and we want them to work with us for the long term. You’ll be working with existing customers through their renewal cycles, as well as inbound leads from marketing campaigns and general enquiries. It’s a role that requires communication, relationship-building and strong organisation skills to make sure that follow-ups happen and that customers get the right level of attention from first contact and throughout their contract.
You’ll be investigating and understanding customer needs, working with them to build quotes and proposals that answer those needs, and managing the contract processes (whether new or renewals) to move sales through to completion. That will mean partnering closely both with other parts of the sales organisation (Key Accounts, Field Sales and Customer Experience) and the wider business including Marketing, Service and Finance to deliver great customer journeys. Our sales organisation works towards targets as a team, and that collaboration with the rest of the business is vital to our ongoing success.
This position is based in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).
