Allen Associates is seeking a confident Business Development Manager in Oxford with a proven B2B sales track record in paid media and digital advertising. You’ll lead full sales cycles, engage growth leaders, and build a strong pipeline while negotiating contracts and driving revenue.

The role offers hybrid working from home once a week, access to a pension scheme, and free onsite parking. A competitive salary is accompanied by commission and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Competenze

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling marketing-related solutions such as martech, adtech, or agency services.
• Proven success in achieving new business targets.
• Comfort engaging with marketing and growth leadership and discussing paid media concepts.

Mansioni

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and meet or exceed targets.
• Discuss paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, attribution) with leadership.
• Demonstrate consultative selling and handle objections to show value of AI-driven advertising services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts, networking, and sales tools.
• Demonstrate benefits and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
• Track activity and keep CRM records accurate for follow-up and forecasting.
