Based in Oxford, this hybrid role offers one day from home per week. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage marketing and growth leaders on Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS and attribution, and grow a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• Three years of B2B sales experience in marketing solutions.
• Proven track record of hitting new business targets.
• Comfort engaging with marketing leadership and discussing paid media concepts.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Engaging marketing and growth leaders to discuss paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, and attribution.
• Building credibility through consultative selling, handling objections, and communicating the value of AI-driven advertising services.
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts, networking, and using sales tools.
• Demonstrating service benefits and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities.
• Tracking activity and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems for follow-up and forecasting.
