Allen Associates (Oxford) Ltd is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager in Oxford. You will drive growth by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leaders on paid media strategies and building a strong pipeline through outbound efforts.

The role offers a hybrid work model with one day a week in the office, a salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus commission, and benefits including pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and free onsite parking.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling marketing-related solutions.
• Proven success achieving new business targets.
• Confidence engaging with marketing and growth leadership on paid media concepts.

Aufgaben

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ensure targets are met.
• Engage marketing and growth leaders to discuss paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, attribution).
• Build credibility through consultative selling and handle objections to win opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects via outbound efforts, networking and sales tools.
• Negotiate contracts and demonstrate service benefits to secure new business.
• Track activity and keep CRM records accurate for follow-up and forecasting.
