Trade Mastermind, the UK-based business education and coaching group, is seeking an ambitious Call Centre Agent to drive outbound sales for Discovery Day events from their Peterborough HQ. You will manage the full sales journey, from cold or warm outreach to closing on the day, with warm leads provided and a strong commission structure.

The role demands at least 3 years in outbound sales, a proven track record, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in outbound telephone sales or telesales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience in high-volume calling with KPI-based goals.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to warm leads with business owners.
• Promote and sell tickets to Discovery Day events.
• Own full sales process from initial contact to closing in person.
• Build/maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-up.
• Develop client relationships to ensure ongoing attendance and engagement.
• Attend Discovery Day events to close further sales face-to-face.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, meet sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor daily KPIs.
