BT Local Business Birmingham is seeking a motivated B2B Outbound Mobile Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will conduct outbound calls to generate new business and specialise in the BT Mobile portfolio.

This role offers a £26,436 base rising to £30,000 after probation with uncapped commission and OTE up to £49,000, plus mentoring, career development and pension. Office-based; right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business.
• Specialise in the BT Mobile product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Accurately update and maintain CRM records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practice.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching.
