DNA Recruit, a B2B marketing specialist, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager in Kempston to own and drive the marketing function. You will report to the Managing Director and supervise the Marketing Assistant, while collaborating with Sales, Website Designer and Web Onboarding teams.

You will lead the annual strategy, manage budgets and external suppliers, and hands-on run Google Ads, SEO and conversion rate optimisation. A CIM or marketing degree with strong digital skills is preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience in marketing leadership, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Hands-on Google Ads experience across Search, Performance Max and other formats.
• Hands-on SEO and website conversion rate optimisation experience.
• B2B marketing experience, working closely with a sales team.
• CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Google Ads certification or CIM qualification or a marketing degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing for the business, owning activity and reporting to the Managing Director.
• Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy, manage budget and external suppliers.
• Line manage and coach the Marketing Assistant.
• Direct Google Ads campaigns including co-funded activities with partners.
• Drive in-house SEO: technical, on-page, content and local SEO.
• Improve website conversion rates with landing pages, journeys and forms.
• Create and distribute newsletters, weekly e-shots and reactive mailers.
• Lead social media and content activity; report on campaigns and ROI.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales on priorities and lead handover.
