Job summary

Get Recruited is seeking a creative and proactive B2B Marketing Executive to own day-to-day marketing activities in central Manchester. You will deliver, optimise campaigns, and drive new business opportunities while working closely with the CEO and Managing Director.

The role offers progression to Marketing Manager as the business grows. You will manage multiple email campaigns, update the website, create content, and analyse performance to inform senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on B2B marketing roles such as Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, CRM Executive or Email Marketing Executive.
• Experience within recruitment, professional services or another B2B service-led business would be advantageous.
• Strong email marketing experience with outbound campaigns and automation, with copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of marketing strategy and roadmap for B2B lead generation, brand awareness and growth.
• Manage 15-20 B2B email campaigns per month including targeting, segmentation, copywriting, deployment, A/B testing and optimization.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, blogs and SEO content, including schema markup and conversion optimisation.
